Sergei Shcherbakov

Sergei Shcherbakov, also known as Apapr, is a master of rhythm with over 17 years of experience as a DJ and producer. He is a resident of the Decoded and Electric Sabbath projects and the creative force behind the Konsistentsi project. Apapr is a passionate advocate for Break Beat, Drum & Bass, Dub Techno, Ambient, and Electro Funk music. Konsistentsi, the creative collective founded in 2010, aims to popularize electronic music and foster a non-commercial club culture. Over the years, they have organized more than 50 events across various venues in Vladivostok and Khabarovsk, collaborating with music festivals, parties, exhibitions, and other socio-cultural initiatives. The project maintains strong partnerships with local designers and media artists, while also involving Russian and international guests. Despite their techno-cultural commitment, the members of Konsistentsi have diverse musical backgrounds, spanning a wide range of electronic music styles. Their dedication and talent have earned them recognition and support not only within the local music community but also from beyond the region's borders.
