
Pavel is the head of the monumental art workshop "33+1" and the host of the TV program "Progulki Po Gorodu" ("City Walks"). He is a creator whose works adorn city walls and rooftops. His art projects are frequently exhibited at the Garage Museum of Contemporary Art in Moscow and Erarta Museum of Contemporary Art in St Petersburg. Pavel's unique approach turns the process of creating art into a lively show and public performance. From 2011 to 2014, he served as the chief artist of Vladivostok, actively participating in various city art projects, decorating building facades, and creating art installations. During his tenure, numerous projects were implemented, including mural paintings on the "Millionka" building, a portrait of the futurist artist David Burliuk, murals of magpies on Kalinina Street, a large panel featuring the musician Sergey Rybalka on Semyonovskaya Street, murals with symbols of the Far Eastern subjects, mosaic panels on the streets of Geroyev-Tikhookeantsev and Okatovaya. Since 2020, Pavel has been leading the Department of Architecture and Urban Design at the Vladivostok City Hall. He has successfully transformed graffiti into a legal business by providing municipal commissions to artists for painting urban spaces, and he is also involved in color schemes and lighting for different areas of the city.
