Founder of KUKSOV GROUP holding, which emerged from his first venture in the IT industry with an internet café. Since its establishment in 2003, KUKSOV GROUP is a leading hospitality and entertainment company in Vladivostok, playing a key role in shaping the city's restaurant culture and nightlife. The company has a workforce of over 200 people. Among Pavel's successful projects are the nightclubs Placebo and Cuckoo, and restaurants such as Pekarnya Mishelya, Moloko & Med, Umami, Crust, Sezony, and others. To ensure exceptional culinary experiences, Pavel actively collaborates with foreign chefs, learning from their expertise and infusing Vladivostok with top-quality products. Pavel has prioritized providing what he himself missed as a restaurateur without relying on market analysis. His ventures, such as Tbilissimo and Asian bistro Singapura, earned nominations for the prestigious "Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business - 2022" award and were recognized among the top 100 new restaurant concepts in Russia for 2021.
