Ilya Sukhikh

Ilya is a prominent speaker at major regional and federal business forums, with an Executive MBA degree from FEFU and is currently studying at SKOLKOVO School of Management. His first venture, Zuma restaurant, was among Russia's most acclaimed restaurants. Zuma has been honored with numerous awards, including "Best Regional Restaurant 2017" by GQ Restaurant Award, "Best Restaurant in Russia 2014" by the international travel guide TripAdvisor, and "Best Restaurant in Russia" by the TV program "Revizorro."

In 2017, Ilya brought the flavors of Georgia to Vladivostok by opening the first Georgian restaurant Supra. This restaurant embodies the concept of emotional service, with waiters delivering personalized toasts and heartfelt celebrations on special occasions. Ilya's projects have become iconic in Vladivostok, and he and his team are celebrated as the creators of the city's gastronomic brand.
