
Member of the Council for Culture and Education of Vladivostok, the Russian Geographical Society and the Society for the Study of the Amur Region. He is affiliated with such organizations as "OPORA RUSSIA" and the Interdepartmental Council for Patriotic Education under the Government of Primorsky Krai. Ilya is known for successful practices of involving teenagers in the film industry.
In 2020, he directed his first short film titled "Kukla" ("The Doll") and submitted it to the XVIII Pacific Meridian International Film Festival, where it was selected for the "Made in Vladivostok" program. Currently, Ilya and his team are fully committed to various film projects. He is the recipient of the "Est' Za Chto" prize. Ilya is actively contributes to the development of cinematography in Primorsky Krai and raises local cinema to new heights.
