
Andrey holds a Ph.D. in Sociology and a Master's degree in Architectural Environment Design. He actively participates in working committees for creating master plans for cities in the Far East region. He is a regular participant in open lectures and educational events on urbanism, Far Eastern cities, architecture, and art. With over 30 scientific publications dedicated to urban sociology, urbanism and architecture, some of which are indexed in international databases like Scopus and Web of Science. In 2023, he served as the leader of the regional stage of the Professional Skills Championship "Professionals" in the fields of Graphic Design, Motion Design, and Virtual and Augmented Reality Development. He is also the leader of the project "Creative Competence Polygon" in the Khabarovsk region, establishing an educational and production cluster to provide training in various competencies such as Graphic Design, Motion Design, Animation, Cinematography, Sound Engineering, Photography, and Game and App Development for students, schoolchildren, and teachers from across the region.
