The festival serves as a hub of creativity, hosting workshops, auditions, creative meetings, and inspiring encounters with esteemed judges and top headliners. In 2023, Vanya Dmitrienko, Alana O, Semyon Velichko, and the producer of the music shows "The Voice" and "The Voice Kids," Andrey Sergeev were among the special guests. The project establishes a "creative bridge" between Russia's East and West, forming its own "ecosystem" in the Primorsky region for discovering, nurturing, and supporting talents who can fully reach their potential with the help of federal-level mentors in their hometown. The organizers strive to create a comfortable atmosphere for participants, their parents, and event guests, and they succeed in doing so. Many have noted that the event's organization lives up to the standards of major metropolitan events.
